I would say it wasn’t me who chose yoga—yoga chose me.

With over a decade of practice, a Master’s in Yoga, and research focused on its application in health and performance, my journey has evolved from personal exploration to purposeful work.

I have worked with Indian Army soldiers and their families, using yoga to improve breathing, mental resilience, sleep, and overall performance—even in demanding conditions.

A simple, structured approach to yoga—designed for real-life performance.
